	Welcome to the Green Pages Florida Affiliate Program
	The Green Pages Florida Affiliate Program is very unique...  you can actually build a residual income that increases year after year as you help more and more Florida businesses into the program.  It is designed for any individual, PR or Ad Agency, any non-profit needing to earn significant revenue (or even a part time income). COMMISSIONS: The main program you will be presenting is an annual program (12 month agreement) at only $69 per month to advertise online in the Green Pages Business Community™.(other programs will become available soon). As you study the program details on GreenPagesFlorida.com you will be better prepared to explain this "Community" based marketing system as business people ask about it (and they will). Commission is $120.00 for each Florida Business you sign up for our 12 month program.   With only 3 sales per day (5 day work week) this equates to $1800.00 per week (not a bad living).  Read the agreement below, and sign up! Green Pages Florida Affiliate Agreement:

Welcome to the Green Pages Florida Affiliate Program. Please understand that if you choose to become a GPF.com) Affiliate, the founding members of The Green Pages Florida, LLC expects you to conduct yourself in a mature, courteous and honest manner. To become a (GPF.com) Affiliate, you must agree to follow all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You will also be bound by the (GPF.com) Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. (GPF.com) has the right to add, delete and/or change any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and for any reason, via an e-mail notification. If any change is not acceptable to you, it is your responsibility to terminate this Agreement and all activity in the Affiliate Program. Your continued participation in the Program will mean that you accepted any and all changes. Your Affiliate goal should always be to professionally retrieve customers for (GPF.com) via special links from (GPF.com) to your web site, and then receive commissions accordingly for qualified sales. It is important to understand that all customers who buy products through the Affiliate Program will be customers of (GPF.com). (GPF.com) will process all orders and will reserve the right to reject customers that do not comply with all (GPF.com) family friendly requirements. (GPF.com) will be responsible for all customer transactions, including customer service. (GPF.com) will track sales made to Customers who purchase products using an affiliate link from your web site to the (GPF.com) Web Site and will disclose to you reports of sales activity. (GPF.com) will use every reasonable effort to give accurate information to you in the reports, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the reports. In addition, product prices and availability may vary from time to time, and such price changes may affect products that you already have listed on your web site. Due to the semi-exclusiveness of the Florida directories, (only 6 listings/business per category/city), some categories in some cities will fill up and become unavailable. As a result, (GPF.com) cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product. To open an Affiliate account with (GPF.com), you must be at least 18 years of age and be able to legally enter contracts. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you must be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. All persons involved must abide by the Affiliate Agreement. All contact and payment information provided to (GPF.com) in the online registration process must be correct and complete. If any of your information changes, immediate notification must be given. Otherwise, you may not be eligible to receive affiliate commissions. If you fail to give correct and complete information and the funds are outstanding for more than 12 months, (GPF.com) will make a contribution in your name to a 501(c)3 charitable nonprofit organization for the amount owed and will consider you paid in full. You will select a password and will be responsible for keeping it confidential, including use by any third party. You must notify (GPF.com) immediately if you have reason to believe that your password has been or is being used by an unauthorized party, or if you become aware of any other security breach of your account or (GPF.com) or its Affiliate program. As a member of the Affiliate Program, (GPF.com) will provide you with special "tagged" link formats to be used in linking to the (GPF.com) Web Site. The links will permit tracking, reporting, and commission calculations. You must ensure that each of these links properly utilize the Special Link formats. You will only earn commissions on activities occurring on the (GPF.com) Web Site if such activity was originated from properly formatted Special Links without unauthorized alterations. (GPF.com) will not be liable to you for any failure by you to use Special Links, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of amounts, which may otherwise be paid to you pursuant to this Agreement. Please contact us if you need assistance with placing your special html code on your website. Affiliate Commissions: Green Pages Florida Affiliates can earn commissions two ways: (1) on qualifying sales originating from Link on your web site, and/or (2) commission on sales made by new users you recruit to become (GPF.com) Affiliates. (GPF.com) will pay you monthly commissions within 60 days following the end of each calendar month. However, if the commissions payable to you for any month are less than $120.00, (GPF.com) will hold your Commissions until the total amount due is at least $120.00 or until this Agreement is terminated. In order to receive your commissions, you must provide your taxpayer information to (GPF.com). If you fail to do so, (GPF.com) will pay you at the end of the year, December 31st, minus 30% of your affiliate earnings which will go to the IRS to cover your withholding taxes. As an Affiliate of (GPF.com), you must display a small graphic or a text banner on your website. This identifies you as an affiliate of (GPF.com), as well as tracks your commissions. (GPF.com) gives you a limited nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use them. In addition, (GPF.com) grants you a limited, nontransferable, nonexclusive, worldwide right to reproduce and use all graphic images and other materials provided to you, solely for the purpose of creating links connecting your web site or web space to the (GPF.com) Web Site and promoting the sale of products on the (GPF.com) Web Site. All product images must be served by the (GPF.com) Web Site and cannot be used in any form other than the form provided by (GPF.com). You may not modify the graphic images or text, or any other of the (GPF.com) images, in any way. (GPF.com) may revoke your license at any time by giving you written notice. (GPF.com) reserves all of its rights in the graphic images, text, any other images, (GPF.com) trade names and trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights. Any and all rights in and to (GPF.com)'s intellectual property shall inure to the benefit of (GPF.com). you may not make any press release with respect to this Agreement or your participation in the Affiliate Program without (GPF.com)'s prior written consent, which may be given or withheld in its sole discretion. You must indemnify, defend and hold (GPF.com) harmless for any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with your alleged breach of the Affiliate Agreement, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use in using the Affiliate Program. You must also indemnify, defend, and hold (GPF.com) harmless based on any claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of this Agreement. You also agree that covered claims under this indemnity obligation shall include, without limitation (a) any claim that (GPF.com)'s use of any images provided via your web site or web space infringes on any trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright, license, intellectual property, or other proprietary right of any third party; and/or (b)any claim related to your web site, including, without limitation, content therein not attributable to (GPF.com). (GPF.com) may withhold any commissions that it owes you if you have to indemnify (GPF.com). The term of this Agreement will begin upon (GPF.com)'s acceptance of your Affiliate Program application and will end when terminated by either party. In its sole discretion, with or without notice to you, (GPF.com) may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program and terminate your Account. If (GPF.com) determines, for any reason, that you are abusing the system, (GPF.com) and/or the Green Pages Florida Affiliate Program, (GPF.com) may withdraw your participation and withhold any commissions payable to you. You may terminate your Account for any reason at any time by visiting the "Close Account" page within the members area (Your Account > Account Login Info > Close Account). You can only earn commissions during the term of the Agreement, and on completed orders. Upon the termination of this Agreement, for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your web site, all links to the (GPF.com) Web Site, product images from the (GPF.com) database, all (GPF.com) trademarks, logos and all other materials provided by (GPF.com) to you in connection with the Affiliate Program.
